Cancellation Policy
Parents/Guardians:
We ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice when cancelling a session, however we understand that emergencies and illness arrive without warnings.
If your child will be out for any type of pre-planned event, for example, Doctor’s appointments, Dentist appointments or vacations, please give us as much notice as possible so your child’s therapist can be scheduled to work with another child during his/her absence.
Center-based sessions must be cancelled if the child receiving services in the center has any of the following:

Children are able to return to the center and Therapists are able to return to the home once all symptoms have subsided for a minimum of 24 hours.
Any instance in which a Therapist arrives at a home and the child and caregiver are not present within 10 minutes of the start time or a child does not arrive at the center for a schedule session without the session being cancelled previously is considered a no call/no show.
If your child does not attend school due to an illness, their ABA Session should be cancelled also.
Services may be terminated for excessive cancellations and/or after 3 no call/no show or excessive tardiness.
***Please keep in mind that we are not a daycare. ABA is a medical appointment. Your child is schedule to work 1 on 1 with a therapist therefore tardiness and last minute cancellations, negatively impacts our staff.***
